Dual-purpose bridge to transform city connectivity and water management

In a significant development for Ahmedabad, the AMC is embarking on a pioneering project to build a dual-purpose bridge and rubber barrage on the Sabarmati River. This initiative aims to bolster city connectivity and address water management challenges, including holding and purifying water of the river.

Connecting the areas of Acher near Torrent Power Station and Camp Sadar Bazaar, this bridge promises to streamline commuting for residents in Chandkheda, Sabarmati, Motera, Hansol, and even those traveling to the airport.

Priced at Rs 21,000 per kg, this golden sweet is a novelty in city, marking the festive season with opulence. Gwalia Sweets, located on Sindhu Bhawan Road, is the creative force behind this exclusive treat, available for order in its inaugural year.
