The location for Ahmedabad's much-anticipated entertainment park has been officially designated, with the AMC identifying a spacious 45,600 sq m on the eastern banks of the Sabarmati Riverfront.

Dubbed the 'Destination Entertainment Hub,' this upcoming attraction promises an array of thrilling experiences, including VR games, arcade video games, a snow park, trampoline park, indoor and outdoor roller coasters, and more. Notably, the hub will feature a towering Ferris wheel reminiscent of London's iconic Eye.

Municipal Corporation initiates beautification drive ahead of Vibrant Summit

The Municipal Corporation is embarking on a beautification project for all entry points into Ahmedabad. The focal point of this endeavor is the transformation of the 1.7 km stretch from Indira Bridge to Airport Circle, a crucial VVIP road and city entry point, into an iconic thoroughfare.

With the Gujarat Vibrant Summit just around the corner, this beautification project is being fast-tracked to welcome dignitaries from around the world, providing a visually appealing gateway to the city.

Chilly weather graces Ahmedabad as temperatures take a dip

As active high pressure in the upper atmosphere subsides, chilly winds have descended upon Ahmedabad, causing the mercury to plummet by 5.7 degrees in a single day. The city experienced its lowest temperature of the season at 13.3 degrees.

The weather department anticipates a continuation of cool temperatures between 13 and 14 degrees in the coming week, with a possibility of cloudy weather for two days. Residents can expect cold spells to persist, with maximum temperatures ranging between 28 and 31 degrees.

Gujarat Government invests Rs 770 crore to boost tourism

In preparation for the 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, the Gujarat Government has inked Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) totaling INR 770 crore to enhance tourism in the state. Among these agreements is an MoU committing INR 400 crore for the development of a cultural theme park and an entertainment zone near Gandhinagar, creating employment opportunities for 1,100 individuals.

This initiative not only introduces new entertainment options for residents of Gandhinagar as well as Ahmedabad but also opens doors to job prospects.
