Direct flight from Ahmedabad to Malaysia from Dec 1

Ahead of Christmas and the New Year, a direct flight from Ahmedabad to Malaysia will begin operations, starting December 1. It is noteworthy that this flight is one of the 40 new domestic and international flights added to the winter schedule for Ahmedabad's SVPI airport.

India's best IIM, IIM Ahmedabad is all set to begin its Summer Internship Recruitment Process for 2023-24. The recruitment, for the PGP-FABM programme will begin on October 31. Focused on postgraduate programmmes, the recruitment will be conducted in 3 cohorts.

Govt reduces number of schools in Mission Schools of Excellence Project

After setting a target of 85 schools under the Mission Schools of Excellence Project, the state government has now brought the number down to 25. These will include a total of 20 Gyan Shakti Residential schools and Gyan Shakti Tribal Residential schools and 5 Raksha Shakti schools. It is noteworthy that these schools will offer free education to the underprivileged students between Class 6 and Class 8.

Ahmedabad to get a new IT Special Economic Zone

With an investment of a whopping ₹8,000 crore, Ahmedabad will soon get a new IT Special Economic Zone (SEZ). To be known as 'Million Minds Tech City', the new IT SEZ in Ahmedabad will come up near the Chharodi Village that runs along Ahmedabad's SG Road.
