South Indian delicacies made with ghee!
The owner, hailing from Kerala, wanted to bring a taste of his home state to Ahmedabad, but tailored to the local palate. The head chef is also from Kerala, ensuring that the food retains that genuine flavour. When we spoke with them, they shared that the coconut used in the chutney, the ghee podi masala, and even the rice are sourced directly from Kerala.
