Igniting conversations on literature and art, the Sahitya Sarita Festival starts today in A'bad!

Open to all, this 3-day festival promises a diverse array of talks, sessions, competitions, performances, and more.

Ahmedabad is gearing up for yet another literature and art festival as the L.D. College of Engineering hosts the much-anticipated Sahitya Sarita Fest from the 16th to the 18th of February.

This vibrant celebration promises a rich tapestry of literature, art, and culture, aiming to ignite creativity, provide a platform, and instill curiosity in the minds of the youth. Over the course of these three days, participants can immerse themselves in a diverse array of talks, sessions, competitions, performances, and more.

What's in store?

Organized by and taking place at Ahmedabad's L.D. Engineering College, the Sahitya Sarita Festival is a convergence of renowned speakers and individuals from various fields of literature, art, and media. From engaging talks on literary subjects, primarily focusing on Gujarati literature, to competitions, Kavi Sammelan, Mushaira, and beyond, the festival boasts a lineup of captivating events.

The inauguration, set for 16th Feb, will feature renowned poet Rajesh Vyas, folk and Sufi singer Hardik Dave, and Jayendrasingh Jadav. Throughout these three days, numerous sessions by field experts, including writers, radio jockeys, film producers, artists, and more, will offer insights into their respective domains.

Attendees can also partake in competitions such as quiz contests, poetry writing, musical marathons, photography, stroke symphony, and art fusion. The festival will culminate on 18th Feb with a folk night featuring singer Amit Dhorda and his team.
