Ahmedabad Airport experienced significant disruptions as heavy rain led to low visibility, affecting approximately 30 flights on Thursday. The city's much-awaited monsoon finally arrived, but its adverse weather conditions came delays, diversions, and cancellations of numerous flights, resulting in considerable inconvenience to passengers. Due to the fog and reduced visibility, the Air Traffic Control (ATC) had to take action by diverting three flights to alternative airports.

Nearly 30 flights encountered delays ranging from one to three hours, while four flights operated by Indigo Airlines had to cancel their services. The inclement weather posed significant challenges for airport operations, impacting both incoming and outgoing flights.
