This exceptional characteristic serves as a metaphor for Project Otenga's unique and multi-faceted approach.

The founders, hailing from the North East, envisioned creating a space where visitors could immerse themselves in the cuisine from North East and the philosophy of slow design. They also aimed to foster multidisciplinary collaboration, propagate mindfulness, and collective learning.
