So Soeul features a range of dishes designed to cater to diverse tastes. The menu includes the popular Shin Ramyeon, a well-known Korean noodle soup, along with a spicier alternative, the Super Spicy Ramyeon. Other noodle options such as Kimchi Ramyeon, Veg Cheese Ramyeon, and Veg Soupy Ramyeon.
