On Monday, the Chief Minister of Goa launched the mobile app of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. This app has been designed to cater to parents, teachers and students associated with the Goa Board at the level of class 10 and class 12. The pandemic situation has given society a tech-driven outlook and this app has been launched to safeguard the schooling of children from any unwanted disruptions.
Marking the launch day of the mobile app of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, the Chief Minister tweeted- "Launched mobile app of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to cater to the general public, students of SSC & HSSC. The app which is available on Google Play Store & IOS App Store will provide latest information/notifications and study material to the students."
This app shall help in bridging the communication gap between all stakeholders in the education sector. As per the official release, the head of the institutions will be notified about circulars and announcements of the Goa Board via this app. Further, the Board shall also use this platform to communicate personalised messages to the institutions.
Moreover, students can also view relevant announcements, access study material and other resources like question papers, previous years' answer books of exam toppers, among other things. Information related to upcoming examinations and all matters related to it will be conveyed to students on this app.
