Traffic Diverted Near Nehru Stadium Ahead of Assembly Polls

In anticipation of Friday's assembly elections, the traffic police have implemented diversions around Nehru Stadium from Thursday, 6 am, until the departure of polling parties. Several routes will be restricted or diverted for public convenience. Key points include restricted routes from Home Guard T to Medical Hostel Square, Gymkhana to Residency Square, and more.

Entry for employees and parties involved in specific assembly elections will be permitted through Nehru Stadium Gate No. 1 and 2, and Gate No. 6 and 7, with designated parking areas outlined for four-wheelers and two-wheelers. Additionally, material delivery teams will have designated parking on Mayor Bungalow Road, near Sanchi Point, and inside the CPWD Office Campus.

To avoid inconvenience, commuters are advised to steer clear of these routes and utilize alternative options while co-operating with traffic management arrangements.
