Indore's famous startup, Chatar Patar is an innovative culinary venture founded by an enterprising Indore couple, Prashant Kulkarni and Vinaya Kulkarni. They are redefining the traditional concept of pani puri and chaat, and taking it beyond street food. Chatar Patar started as a small kiosk in Indore in 2011, and has now blossomed into a thriving venture, spreading its delectable offerings to cities across India.

Taking their culinary innovation overseas, Chatar Patar is all set to introduce non-vegetarian pani puri to the world. This daring move will mark the beginning of their international venture, with Iraq being the first destination to experience this unique idea. This will open the doors for even more countries to experience the magic of Chatar Patar's non-veg pani puri in the future.

Chatar Patar's new experiment

Prashant Kulkarni, revealed that during his team's study in Iraq, they noticed a high demand for non-vegetarian options. This inspired them to conduct research in Indore and develop a formula to create non-vegetarian pani puri. They are now preparing to launch it soon, using meats as ingredients. Just like in India, they will prioritize hygiene and taste.

In 2022, they launched three startups - KhatoSaka, PitoSaka, Juper World, and Juper Skills. Through these startups, they offer 285 instant food products, a restaurant billing system, and restaurant education services. Additionally, they developed an instant formula for making pani puri powder, where you only need to add water, and it's ready in just five minutes.

Vinaya Kulkarni, the co-founder of Chatar Patar revealed that their startup has directly provided employment to 1,000 people and indirectly supported another 3,000 individuals. The dedication of the startup to creating job opportunities and uplifting women in the workforce showcases its commitment to social empowerment and sustainable growth.
