Indore's health infrastructure to welcome Madhya Pradesh's largest medical college

There are currently 11 ESIC medical colleges in the entire state.

Indore is set to witness the establishment of the largest medical college in the state, at the Rajya Karmachari Bima Nigam Hospital, in Nanda Nagar. This upcoming ESIC medical college will be the largest in Madhya Pradesh, starting in Indore's industrial area. It is noteworthy that there are currently 11 ESIC medical colleges in the entire state.

A hospital with 500 beds will also be built

The first government college in Indore, MGM Medical College, currently operates a hospital with 100 beds. However, the upcoming medical college will have a hospital with 500 beds. The proposal for the construction of this facility has been presented after the nod from the Central Government.

Amenities provided by ESIC Medical Colleges

Generally, ESIC medical colleges offer various facilities, such as flats for hundreds of staff members. In addition, separate villas are built for officials of all levels. An indoor stadium and an auditorium along with a canteen and a library, are set up too.

In addition, arrangements are made for the stay of patients' relatives, who come for treatment. The medical colleges also include state-of-the-art operation theaters, equipped with both foreign and Indian technology.
