Indore residents breathed a sigh of relief as pre-monsoon drizzles graced the city this Wednesday. Reportedly, a partly cloudy day with gentle winds was observed in Indore and neighbouring areas of Madhya Pradesh. IMD attributed these weather patterns to the impact of western disturbances.

The spell of rainfall during evening hours prompted a further drop in the night temperature of the city, which settled at 23°C. Due to this, a notable drop is also being witnessed in today's city temperature.

As per IMD's weather predictions, monsoon winds are forecasted to reach MP post May 20, heralding substantial rainfall for the western part of the state.
