Light to moderate rainfall over Indore predicted by IMD for the next two days

As per weather agency, maximum temperature in Indore dropped to 28°C, while the minimum stands at 23°C on June 28.

Dark clouds hovered over Indore yesterday. However, people were disappointed as the city recorded no rainfall and unpleasant increased humidity till 90%. With this the weather turned muggy and uncomfortable. 

Besides, drop in temperature has provided respite to Indore citizens. As per weather agency, maximum temperature dropped to 28°C, while the minimum stands at 23°C on June 28. Further, light to moderate rainfall over Indore is predicted for today and also the next two days.

Rainfall over Madhya Pradesh 

Besides Indore, many districts in Madhya Pradesh are facing continuous rainfall. As per India Meteorological Department (IMD) twitter update, from June 26 08:30 AM to June 27 08:30 rainfall/thunderstorm was observed over western and eastern parts of Madhya Pradesh. The amount of rainfall in parts of MP is as follows (in cm): 

East Madhya Pradesh: Narsinghpur 19, Umariyapan 17, Lakhnadon 17, Dheemarkheda 17, Tamia 16, Gadarwara 16, Tendukheda 15

West Madhya Pradesh: Deori 17. 

From the above data it can be concluded that eastern end of Madhya Pradesh is on the higher end of precipitation than western. Rainfall conditions are expected to remain same for this weekend in the state.
