As IIT Kanpur's Antaragni progressed into its final days, the fun only kept proliferating with back-to-back competitions and lit performances.

From the rock band Antariksh presenting a galvanizing performance, a mesmerising speed painting affair, a mystical magic show to a zestful fashion competition, an International Carnival living up to the hype, and an exhilarating Nukkad Natak, all seeing participation of innumerable enthusiastic colleges — Antaragni was filled with fervour.

A hoot & a hit: Antaragni'22

With Synchronicity glorifying the beauty and vigour of rock music and Battle Underground showcasing aspiring pop and rap stars, the enigma of culture was celebrated with diverse affairs like India Hatt, Japanese Quilling, Origami, Fire Show, and enthralling dance trysts like Roots, Tour De Force, and Estampie.

An out-of-the-box performance also occurred when a Delhi-based 3D artist, Kai Kumar Khanna, and his team, Yash and Dev, created a masterpiece that left the crowd at Antaragni awestruck. The vivacious artwork, like a doorway to a magical land, became an instant selfie spot!

While so much was going on, harmonious ragas filled the air during the Classical Eve. Classical music also touched the pinnacle with Sangam and Junoon events. Further, the EDM Night was the jewel in the crown with spectators dancing into the night and living their life like a party. The Silent Disco was also a hit and the Comic Kaun, a hoot!

An undying synergy

Besides the cultural line-up, intellectual events like the Women Empowerment session that was joined by remarkable personalities, the MELA Quiz, Word Games, and the Sports Quiz were a delight to the brainy lot. Moreover, the Poetry Slam featured brilliant solo performances and the JAM and Debate competitions turned out to be thought-provoking.

There were also Monoact, a monologue competition, ranging from classic theatre pieces to contemporary works, and the Fusion Nite - a spellbinding DJ War.

All in all, Antaragni'22 was a confluence of cultural adventures, overflowing with lively events, thrilling finals, national-level performances, and an undying synergy, that left indelible memories for the attendees.
