While the brand was already a household name in the city, it hit the limelight when it got featured in the film 'Bunty Aur Babli' in 2005. Such is the fame and reach of this humble sweet shop!

Prepared through secret recipes, passed down through generations, the sweets at Thaggu Ke Laddu have something distinct going on about them. Their Special Dry Fruit Laddu (₹470), jam-packed with rich dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, suji, khoya and gond rolled in pure Desi ghee, offers a burst of flavour in every bite, making for a true Kanpur dessert.
