With an array of top-notch initiatives aimed at benefiting students and enhancing their curriculum, IIT Kanpur has once again made headlines, this time for the remarkable surge in the number of recruiters on the campus during the inaugural day of the 2023-24 placement drive.

Notably, the institute achieved a commendable milestone by securing a total of 485 job offers, with 428 being successfully accepted by the students. Moreover, a noteworthy 216 students secured Pre-placement Offers (PPOs) on the very same day. Among the distinguished companies participating in the placement drive were Microsoft, Texas Instruments, and Deutsche Bank. Impressively, a total of 12 students from the institute clinched international job opportunities.
