Unpopular opinion but Kulhad Pizzas, if prepared well, can be pretty lip-smacking! You can find these treats of happiness filled in a lil kulhad at numerous places in the city, including Chatori Gali. At the same time, Bhootnath's Bhukkadz also serves the quirky food item.

Yet another lesser-preferred food item is frozen ice cream rolls. While the preparation method is pretty fascinating to stare at, the product is adored by only those who have the taste buds for it!

Chocolate Chai

In the lanes near Janeshwar Mishra Park, you'd find chai lovers thronging the many tapris and dhabas. However, fans of 'chocolate' chai lovers would be faaar lesser than normal tea worshippers - some might even get enraged at this antigen-like addition. It's still worth a try (owing to the supremacy of chocolate), is is not, people?

Bater

The City Of Nawabs is globally appreciated for its non-vegetarian delicacies. And while everyone loves a delicious plate of Biryani or Kebab-Paratha, dishes like Bater are lesser known and again, is not for the faint-hearted. However, people who do have a liking for it love the common quail, a tiny ground-nesting bird. One of the places to have flavourful Bater Mussalam is Sakhawat!

Himachali Siddu

If you're a foodie, there's no chance you haven't yet visited Chatori Gali. Now the Himachali Siddu, as the name suggests, finds its roots in Himachal Pradesh. However, it can be found at the 1090 food lane in its sober flavours and authentic colours, adding to the city's diverse culinary culture!

Chocolate Gajak - Good bakery

While fans of the local 'gajak' could fill a room, yet again, 'chocolate' gajak is far distinct. Crispy, dry, aromatic and sweet, this special dessert is a must-try hybrid that can be found at Lucknow's Good Bakery, besides numerous markets.
