After witnessing excessive heat and humidity in the last few weeks, Lucknow finally received some relief with temperatures dropping due to gusty winds. According to the Meteorological Department, more relief is on the way with strong winds and isolated showers in Lucknow, predicted for this weekend.

Meanwhile, temperatures in the state capital will hover between 24.7°C and 37.4°C during this period. Considering that the city witnessed daytime temperatures as high as 45°C a few days back, the scattered showers and drop in the temperature will be a welcome relief for residents.
