In a first, Lucknow University to deliver 2023-24 degrees via Digilocker for graduates

The University of Lucknow is hosting its annual convocation ceremony today, where students from the 2023-24 session will be awarded their degrees. This year's convocation marks a significant step towards digitization, as for the first time, Lucknow University will make degrees and mark sheets available to students via the Digilocker platform.

The move aligns with the government's push for digital solutions in education, providing secure and easy access to important documents. With over one lakh degrees being uploaded, students will no longer need to rely solely on physical copies, thus ensuring their credentials are safely stored online for future use.

However the hard copies of the degrees will also be sent via India Post to the addresses provided by the students after the convocation ceremony this year.
