The four-laned Bundelkhand Expressway connecting Etawah to Chitrakoot via Auraiyya, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, and Banda was inaugurated on July 16 last year. Spanning 296 km in length, the expressway significantly improves accessibility for commuters traveling between various cities in Uttar Pradesh.

Recently, the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) selected the Maharashtra-based firm to oversee toll collection on the Bundelkhand Expressway.

And now, commuters using the expressway will have to pay toll charges. The toll rates are as follows:

  • Four-wheelers: ₹620 for a single trip and ₹993 for a return trip within 24 hours

  • Light commercial vehicles and minibuses: ₹990 for a single trip

  • Buses and trucks: ₹1,995 for a trip

Furthermore, additional charges are applicable for multi-axle vehicles and trailers at the toll plaza.
