Lucknow logs 32 new Dengue cases; tally stands at 1,237

Multiple patients with dengue and other vector-borne infections are constantly turning up at hospitals in Lucknow.

The graph of daily dengue cases in Lucknow has mildly sloped downwards as the city reported a total of 32 dengue cases on December 1.

The recent case count which is being logged in the city is almost 30% lower than the peak stage which was observed between October and November. However, the total dengue caseload in Lucknow now stands at 1,237.

Highest cases recorded in Indira Nagar and Chander Nagar

Out of the 32 fresh cases, the Indira Nagar and Chander Nagar areas of the city have reported 5 cases each. The Qaiserbagh, Turiyaganj, NK Road and Aishbagh areas have reported 4 cases each, while 3 cases each have been reported in the Aliganj and Old Lucknow areas.

Furthermore, multiple patients with dengue and other vector-borne infections are constantly turning up at prime hospitals in the city including SPM Civil Hospital and Lok Bandhu Hospital.
