Lucknow-Meerut Vande Bharat launches on Aug 31: Seamless travel awaits!

The Railway Ministry is rapidly expanding the Vande Bharat Express network across the country, connecting key cities and enhancing passenger convenience. With this, Uttar Pradesh is set to receive its 11th Vande Bharat Express, linking the state capital, Lucknow, with Meerut City.

Scheduled for its inaugural run tomorrow, August 31, the train will cover the 458 km journey in 7 hrs and 10 min, with brief five-minute stops at Moradabad and Bareilly. The inaugural service will depart from Meerut City at 6:35 AM and arrive in Lucknow around 1:45 PM. The return journey is set to commence at 2:45 PM.

This new Vande Bharat Express will operate six days a week, with Tuesdays as the designated maintenance day.
