Lucknow will soon be transformed into an IT hub, for a dedicated establishment is all set to sprout at Amausi's Nadarganj Industrial Area on Kanpur Road. Spread across 40 acres, the blueprint of this IT hub has been prepared by Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN).
The hub will have three six-storey buildings in the form of an IT Park on 11.47 acres of land, a Business Park occupying 7.4 acres and an International Incubation Facility Center on 6.9 acres land.
These buildings will also comprise parking facilities with hydraulic parking systems in place in the basement parking. 5 acres of land will be reserved for six significant wings of the IT Hub — Women Entrepreneurs Hub, Skill and Knowledge Academy, Prototyping Center, Research and Innovation Circle, Emerging Tech Wing and U Hub Innovation Hub.
Moreover, the IT hub will also encompass 8.7 acres of green area which will be constructed to protect the environment. Besides, some 5.8 acres of land here will be a network of roads to provide seamless connectivity between these buildings.
This initiative aligns with the state government's goals of developing Lucknow as a model city. Apart from promoting innovation and technological advancement, this development will also create employment opportunities for IT professionals in the city.
