Outstanding performance: Martinians in Lucknow celebrate ICSE & ISC board exam results!

LMGC's ICSE results are spectacular as no child has scored below 80%

La Martiniere College and La Martiniere Girls' College congratulated the toppers of ICSE and ISC board exams with the declaration of results on Friday. The exemplary performance of the students in council exams bring much joy in the chaotic and uncertain times of a global pandemic.

Distinction for La Martiniere

The spirit of the young achievers was bruised but not broken when the council declared cancellation of exams due to the unprecedented rise of coronavirus in the city, and the examination results are a testimony to that. Both establishments of La Martiniere College in Lucknow celebrated the achievements of their young students who appeared for the ISC (Class 12) and ICSE (Class 10) Board examinations.

Mrs Aashrita Dass and Mr Carlyle Mc Farland, Principle La Martiniere Girls College and La Martiniere College took to Facebook to share their joy and the outstanding performance of their students in this year's board examinations. As Mrs Dass marvelled at the another year of 100% pass result in both the batches, she shared that 53% of the ISC students secured above 90% and the ISC class average is 88.37% 'The ICSE results are spectacular as no child has scored below 80%. 68% have secured 90% and above while 32% have scored between 80-90%. The Class Average is 91.6%' , read her Facebook post.

Mr Carlyle McFarland on the other hand applauded the students and teaching staff alike and congratulated the La Martiniere family for excellent academic results. He shared the fact that the number of students appearing for ICSE Boards this year were more than any previous year and all of them were awarded with pass certificates while 259 out 262 ISC students received pass certificates.
