Hazratganj is now home to FO’SHO, a new dining destination where pan-Asian cuisine takes center stage. As global interest in pan-Asian flavours grows, FO’SHO in Lucknow stands out with its bold and innovative menu, crafted to reflect diverse culinary influences. And if you're a fan of exciting and flavourful dining experiences, it's time to visit this new restaurant in Lucknow, that'll cast a lingering effect on you for sure!

For the heart

FO’SHO impresses with its vibrant design, seamlessly blending minimalist and bold elements. The expansive rooftop logo captures attention right away, setting a dynamic tone for the space. Inside, the restaurant features two spacious areas and a mezzanine floor, perfect for quick bites and Instagram-worthy moments, all bathed in ample natural light.

For the taste buds

Our meal at FO’SHO began with classic Pan-Asian dishes: the Lotus Stem Crisp (₹389) and Creamy Mushroom Gyoza (₹410). The bar was set high, but the arrival of the Crispy Chicken Cheung Fun (₹525) exceeded our expectations. These tender rice rolls, wrapped around crispy chicken and topped with a savoury soy-based sauce, vanished in no time!

No Pan-Asian experience is complete without sushi and bao, and FO’SHO has en entire section dedicated to these delights. We enjoyed the Ebi Tempura Sushi (₹799) and Katsu Chicken Bao (₹569), both of which were exceptional. Pair these with a Midnight Sparkle Spiced Jamun (₹210) or Iced Caramel Coffee Boba (₹240) for a top-notch experience.

For mains, we opted for the Chicken Nasi Goreng (₹419) and Spicy Udon Stir Fry noodles, both light yet flavorful. As FO’SHO also specialises in Italian cuisine, the Herbivore Pizza (₹469) is a must-try for an indulgent treat. Don’t miss the Wild Mushroom-Miso Ramen (₹549), Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms (₹329), and Indonesian Satay (₹549) from the grilled section for a well-rounded dining experience.

We recommend saving room for dessert. End your meal with the Tres Leches (₹319), which features a light sponge soaked in a blend of three milks, served in a creamy base, and topped with whipped cream and juicy mangoes.

Chef Prem has designed FO’SHO’s extensive menu to blend bold flavours with innovative techniques. His global experiences—from South Africa to Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai—have shaped his distinctive culinary style. As Chef Prem puts it, “It couldn’t be just another restaurant in Lucknow; it had to stand out and let the food speak for itself.” And indeed, it does!
