All government, non-government or privately managed schools, colleges and educational institutes and coaching centres will remain closed. However, all examinations - both theory and practicals, will be conducted in recognised educational institutes in strict compliance with the established COVID-19 protocol.

All medical, nursing, paramedical and other essential services in Lucknow have been exempted from these restrictive protocols and will continue services without any restraints. The curfew has been imposed to break the chain of coronavirus infections, which is progressing at an alarming rate in several districts in the state.
