Over the years, Lucknow has been continuously adapting to the Gen-Z party culture. And now the government is coming forward to develop a safe and guarded environment for it. Thus, a dedicated stretch with around-the-clock wine and dine facility is soon set to come, bettering Lucknow's nightlife. As per Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), a 6-acre land near Chak Ganjaria (CG) City has already been set aside for this purpose, with 15 plots of 1200 to 2800 square meters each.
As per officials, the 'wine and dine street' will house bars, microbreweries, and restaurants. Each of these places will have to adhere to rules laid down by the Lucknow Municipal Corporation, follow fire protocols, submit a licence fee and obtain FSSAI certificate.
Further, people who are willing to set up their place here, will have to invest somewhere between ₹13.66 crores to ₹32.4 crores. LDA, Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC), Excise and Police Departments have come together for the project, to ensure commercial viability for potential investors.
