'Pushpanjali' is a melodious tribute to Padma Vibhushan Girija Devi, an Indian classical singer of Seniya and Banaras gharanas. Often referred to as the 'Queen of Thumri', she is known for elevating classical music and the light-classical form of thumri. The music doyen made several noteworthy contributions in the industry from 1949 until her demise in 2017. She won numerous awards, and was conferred with Padma Shri in 1972, Padma Bhushan in 1989 and Padma Vibhushan in 2016.

With legendary music virtuosos like Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasiya, Malini Awasthi and Kumar Bose uplifting the spectators, this forthcoming show in Lucknow is one not to miss.
