After two days of relief, Lucknow woke up to another blistering hot day on Friday. The weather in the capital on Thursday was rather pleasant after late night showers on Wednesday but the drop in temperature was short-lived.

The heat has returned on Friday with higher humidity and 3°C increase in the temperature. In fact, the maximum temperature in Lucknow is being said to reach as high as 43°C on Saturday and Sunday, registering a hike of up to 6°C through the weekend.
