The state of Uttar Pradesh has decided to set up various provisions to evamp the national parks and wildlife sanctuaries in its preserved areas. Under this scheme, officials have targetted the Dhudhwa National Park and various amenities for a yoga centre and tribal retreat have already been commissioned here.

As per reports, to secure the compound for a safe yoga experience, the area will be encircled with nets and barbed wires which will keep all animals away. Moreover, to enrich the culinary experience of the tourists travelling to the reserve, Dhudwa's local Tharu tribes will be roped in to provide uniquely rustic hospitality services.

The move is set to bolster people's connect with the tribal culture, food, handicrafts and occupation to set them on an authentic village trail. The forest officials have also made provisions to popularise a 'Tharu thaali' at the tiger reserve to stitch a one-of-a-kind experience for the visitors.

Going by reports, the tourists will soon be offered Tharu huts to live in, during their stay at the reserve, after proper facilities are arranged. The locals will act as caretakers of the guests and the forest department will reward them through cash, for the same.

Notably, the whole system will formulate an exquisite affair for the travellers, while opening new employment opportunities for the locals by inducting them into the tourist ecosystem. To progress this, over 60 eco-development local-friendly committees have been formed near Dudhwa, and around 20 of these will be activated to manage the infrastructural projects suggested by the forest department in the region.
