Khushboo Ali

Attention folks! We're here with some good news for y'all. Papa Pancho Da Dhaba, which has been serving home-style Punjabi delicacies since its establishment in 2001, is finally back in business after a brief hiatus.

Nestled in the bustling food hub of Bandra, Papa Pancho temporarily closed its doors on August 18, sending shockwaves among its loyal patrons. But now, the 'dhaba' is back with a bang and a clean bill of health!

Upped with all safety and quality standards!

Following a rigorous evaluation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Papa Pancho Da Dhaba was granted a much-awaited clearance. It was temporarily shut down for nearly two months, raising concerns among food enthusiasts. However, it appears that the FDA's joint commissioner is satisfied with the remedial measures taken by Papa Pancho.

The return of Papa Pancho is not only a sigh of relief for its loyal customers but also a testament to its commitment to delivering exceptional, homestyle Punjabi cuisine. The menu, a carefully curated selection of classic dishes, is a delightful journey through the streets of Punjab.

Knock Knock

The reopening of Papa Pancho comes at a time when the FDA has issued shutdown notices to 16 other restaurants in the past two months - highlighting the critical role played by regulatory agencies in ensuring food safety and hygiene standards.

As the aroma of freshly cooked Punjabi delights wafts from the kitchen once again, it's a testament to Papa Pancho Da Dhaba's dedication to serving not just scrumptious food, but also ensuring the highest standards of safety. So Mumbaikars, Papa Pancho is back, and it's here to stay!
