The upcoming wedding of Anant Ambani, and his fiancee, Radhika Merchant, have caused a significant impact on Mumbai's hospitality scene, particularly around the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Hotels in the vicinity, where the festivities are set to unfold, are experiencing a surge in hotel occupancy and price.

According to hotel officials and travel agency reports, rooms in leading two establishments, Trident and Oberoi, are fully booked from July 10 to 14. Moreover, at Sofitel BKC, room rates have skyrocketed in anticipation of the wedding. And one of the hotels is offering rooms at an astonishing ₹91,350 per night on July 14, a sharp rise from the usual ₹13,000.

While details on guest accommodations remain undisclosed, the steep rise in prices strongly indicates a substantial influx of high-profile attendees.
