Central Railways (CR) has decided to restart the Mumbai-Pune Pragati Express services with a Vistadome coach from July 25th.

After Deccan Queen and Deccan Express, Pragati Express will be the third train with a Vistadome coach to run on the Mumbai-Pune route and the fourth in the entire Central Railways network.

These coaches have an inbuilt WiFi system, glass windows, and 180-degree rotatable seats. The train will run on an LHB rake system, which is more comfortable than traditional coaches. Pragati Express will complete the journey from Pune to Mumbai, and back, in three-and-a-half hours.
