The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has announced that it is starting a total of 10 non-AC sleeper coaches from September 19. Out of these new buses, one will operate from Mumbai to Goa (Panaji), taking the Konkan route.

Currently, the fare for these new MSRTC sleeper coaches has not been decided. But we do know that each of these coaches will have sleepers for a total of 30 passengers and will be equipped with all safety systems. It is noteworthy that this is the first time that MSRTC has decided to start its own fleet during Ganpati Festival.
