Mega Block in Mumbai on July 28! Central, Harbour and Trans-Harbour Lines to be out of service

Attention, Mumbai commuters! Central Railway has announced a mega block in Mumbai on its suburban sections to facilitate crucial engineering and maintenance activities on July 28. Both Up and Down lines between Thane-Panvel, Matunga-Mulund and Panvel-Vashi will be out of service during specified hours. Check out details!

Affected up and down Mumbai Local lines

  • Up trans-harbour line services towards Thane departing Panvel from 11:02 am to 3:53 pm and down trans-harbour line services towards Panvel departing Thane from 10.01 am to 3:20 pm will remain cancelled.

  • On the down trans-harbour line last local towards Panvel before the block will depart Thane at 9.39 am and the first local after the block towards Panvel will depart Thane at 4.00 pm

  • The last local towards Thane before the block will depart Panvel at 10:41 am and the first local towards Thane after the block will depart Panvel at 4:26 pm.

  • Special local trains on trans-harbour line will be available between Thane-Vashi/Nerul stations during the block period.

  • Moreover, port line services will be available between Belapur/Nerul and Uran stations during the block period.

Moreover, Up and Down fast line between Mulund and Matunga will remain out of service from 11:05 am to 3:05 pm and Panvel to Vashi harbour line from 11:05 am to 4:05 pm.
