Telecom service provider Vodafone Idea (Vi) has deployed network connectivity for the newly inaugurated Mumbai Metro Line 3, stretching from Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to Aarey Colony. This 12.44 km stretch, inaugurated on October 5, has nine underground stations and one elevated station.

Vi has installed a network infrastructure across all ten stations. To boost connectivity even further, Vi has implemented in-building solutions (IBS) within the underground metro tunnel.

Now Vi customers can enjoy uninterrupted network access, making it easier to browse, download, stream and chat with enhanced speeds. Moreover, the deployment aims to provide a reliable connection for essential information during underground travel.
