As per records, Mumbai has witnessed a 35% increase in COVID-19 patients in the last 10 days. Even as the city reported an average of 100 daily cases in the past week, around 99% of them are asymptomatic. To add to this, Mumbai also has a very high recovery rate at 98%, which too is keeping the pandemic fears at bay.

Several states including, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi have seen a rise in COVID-19 cases. However, most patients are exhibiting mild symptoms and are recovering in home isolation itself.
