According to a Knight Frank India report, office rents at Nariman Point, Mumbai's renowned commercial centre, have climbed up to ₹569 from approximately ₹374 per square foot. This marks a 52% increase since 2018, surpassing BKC in the process.

The report projects rents could reach ₹1,091 per square foot by 2030, driven by high demand for premium office space and infrastructure improvements in South Mumbai. While Bandra Kurla Complex remains competitive, Nariman Point's growth outpaces it and other markets, solidifying its status as a leading commercial destination.
