Tiger Yaki, Bandra West
Mumbai

Newest Korean and Japanese Street Food Hub in Mumbai's Bandra West Creates A Roar!

A pit stop for quick snacking, laced with fast service and warm hospitality.

Prerona

In a newly-opened 'fast casual' restaurant seated at Pali Hill, Bandra West, the menu card brings forth a palatable spread of Korean and Japanese street-style food. Tiger Yaki is a newbie in town, hungry to feed people its savoury Asian appetizers, such as Takoyaki, Gilgeori and Korean Fried Chicken.

Less than a month old, this eatery is already a roaring success among Mumbai's K-Drama and K-Pop enthusiasts! So we checked out what it's all about and we've got the deets covered for you.

Pocket-friendly Asian Eatery in Bandra West

Tiger Yaki, Entrance

Not too heavy on the pockets, this bijou eatery embodies generous slices of Asian culture with its distinctive nosh selections and a snug ambience. A pit stop for quick snacking, laced with fast service and warm hospitality, Tiger Yaki is where you can drop by with friends or bring a date.

In a conversation with us, Rahul Vasandani (Owner & Head Chef) was quoted saying, "It is my 10-year experience as a chef that led to the curation of Tiger Yaki - where the latter translates to "cooked on direct heat" in Japanese. This is a fast-casual restaurant with an Asian street vibe, serving wholesome meals that leave you craving for more."

What to Order?

Made with handpicked fresh ingredients, each dish is a medley of authentic Asian flavours and varied textures. You can choose from Katsu Takoyaki, Tiger Roar, or Bulgogi Tiger with a side of Spicy Kimchi, if you are unsure of what to order. Also, for those with a sweet tooth, indulging in Tiger Yaki's gooey Sticky Rice and Mango is an absolute must!

What Could Be Better?

Here, the beverage options are limited, so you've gotta stick to the regular sodas to wash down your meal. Hopefully, more Korean and Japanese desserts will be added to the menu, in the near future.

We would really love to gorge on Songpyeon (Korean Rice Cakes), Hotteok (Sweet Korean Pancakes), Dorayaki (Japanese Red Bean Pancake) or even Dango (Sweet Rice Dumplings).
