Seefah 2.0 - A Culinary Renaissance

Seefah Restaurant’s revival is more than just a rebrand, it’s a culinary renaissance. After months of thoughtful deliberation, planning and rebranding, Seefah has been re-launched with a new purpose and commitment to its legacy. The updated menu combines authentic Thai and Japanese flavours, honouring the tradition of both cuisines while preparing them fresh, in a modern way.

Seefah's menu is the heart and soul of the restaurant's revival - it's a carefully curated mix of flavours that tell the story of both the cultures it celebrates. Every dish on the menu is crafted with care and attention to detail. Seefah's couple chef, Seefah Ketchaiyo and Karan Bane - use only the best ingredients to make sure everything is authentic and top-notch, so you can enjoy the true flavours of Thai and Japanese food in every bite.

Setting the Bar quiet high

The re-launch of Seefah not only brings its beloved dishes back to life, but it also brings a new element to the table: a re-imagined bar. As you enter the restaurant’s warm and inviting atmosphere, you’re not only welcomed by the tantalising aromas of traditional Thai recipes, but you’re also seduced by the promise of reimagining the bar experience.
