The importance of mangroves in regards to the environment of Goa is immense and over the years, the state has lost a lot of its mangrove cover. In order to remedy that, the Mangrove Boardwalk was conceptualized and built at the Patto Centre at Panaji, right behind the Goa State Central Library. This park makes for ideal frames, which attracts hordes of shutterbugs and the venue also allows you to undertake a soothing walk among the thick blanket of greenery here!

With no entry fee, this beauteous park had been noticing a substantial footfall since its inception until the pandemic took over. So as soon as this ends and things get better, come over for an outing with your friends and we know, you're gonna look for excuses to stay a little longer. But whenever you do, make sure to step out with your masks on and with a bottle of sanitiser for sure; needless to say, social distancing is mandatory until the pandemic is completely erased.
