During the inauguration, e-Sawaari Director Mohit Kumar Khatik and others from the company shed light on the importance of the battery-swapping station for e-vehicles and the importance of this electronic technology as a whole. They shared that stations like these will help cut down charging time for e-vehicle drivers.
The drivers can replace their discharged batteries with the charged ones within 5 minutes at a battery swapping station. This way, the task of replacing batteries at the end of their lifespans will also be eliminated.
Another step towards clean, sustainable development

Set on this course of environmental sustainability, Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) is to set up 113 EV charging stations in the busy areas of the city.
The first in line to benefit from the scheme will be the two-wheelers and three-wheelers, as it will provide subscription-based service to the users. Then there are battery manufacturers, who will be working under the framework of adhering to interoperability standards.
