Easing consumer experience in Goa
From digitising all the government records, to incentivising people to adopt digital means of payments, the Goa state government has been continuously making efforts towards a smooth digital transition. In a bid to ensure an easy and simple consumer experience, the Goa electricity department continues to make technological advancements.
The initiative was launched on July 30 by the Union Minister of State for Ports, Shipping, Waterways and Tourism, Shripad Naik. The new system will not only be a seamless option for consumers, but will also ensure the central government's ease of doing business.
