One platform for all your train travel needs

IRCTC's chatbot is aimed at offering all the services on just one virtual platform, without the need for downloading any other application.

Operating this service is quite simple as users just have to text their 10-digit PNR number to the chatbot. Users can check PNR status, live train status, details of the previous railway stations, upcoming stations, order food and other journey details. Apart from the WhatsApp Chatbot, one can also make railway enquiries on 139 rail info helpline.

  • Once the number is saved, open the Railofy chatbot on WhatsApp and enter your 10-digit PNR number.

  • In reply, Railofy will send a few options for you to select the type of service required.

  • Select a service you want to avail of, and its done.

You can also send the PNR number before your journey begins to get live updates and alerts about your upcoming train journey.
