The MP government has also launched the 'Dengue Se Jung Janta Ke Sang' campaign, to prevent the widespread transmission of the disease across districts. Under this initiative, the state is conducting regular fogging and larvae destruction drives in dengue prone and mosquito breeding areas.
The programme is also holding awareness drives to educate people about dengue prevention and rope in their efforts to curb the alarming infection spread. As per reports, the Commissioner of Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC), Pratibha Pal also visited some of the affected regions of the city to enlighten people about dengue.
