Normal safaris during morning and evening hours are open for now and more services are slated to become available in a phased manner. The move is aimed to offer a smooth transition during the tourism season, ensuring less disturbance for the wildlife and maintaining the animal-human interaction balance.

Principal Secretary, Rajasthan Forest, Environment and Climate Change, Shikhar Agrawal stated, "More gypsies will be now available on advance booking for various safaris as gypsies kept for current bookings have also been moved for advance booking. Canters would continue to be available on current booking."

With the onset of tourism season in Rajasthan, advance, normal and tatkal bookings for safaris started last week. Reportedly, advance booking for Ranthambore National Park and Sariska Tiger Reserve for the next couple of days is already full. Meanwhile, you can make tatkal bookings on the state government forest department portal and National Park's official website.
