New skill development courses for health industry to boost the future of job aspirants in Jaipur

As per latest developments, medical sector in Rajasthan would witness a huge influx of individuals, employing a number of job aspirants in Jaipur. Given an array of avenues opened during the pandemic, the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation is working on initiative to introduce more skill development courses for training individuals for the medical health industry.

RSLDC to expand skill development courses

Post the COVID-19 pandemic, the skill development courses in Rajasthan would soon be revamped. According to the reports, the vocational courses related to hospitality and tourism industry have witnessed a reduction in aspirants during the pandemic. Keeping this in mind, RSLDC has planned to focus on expanding skill development courses for the medical health sector.

The RSLDC has signed multiple MoUs for conducting skill development courses and assuring employment for the trained youths. In recent times, the organisation has entered into MuOs with Jems & Jewellery and Forte in Jaipur. As per reports, the secretary of Rajasthan's skill development and employment sector informed that over 4.5 lakh individuals have been trained in the vocational courses by RSLDC.

The corporation has also signed MoUs for ensuring that its skill development courses can supplement the degree programs at colleges. RSLDC centres did not operate for a period of more than six months during the pandemic and they have been opened recently. With the restart, the training programs would function in an accelerated manner. Reportedly, the organisation has opened new centres for training the youths too.

The Skill Development and Employment Department wants to make youths employment-ready through these initiatives so that they don't have to face problems in securing a job. Though the job aspirants have been encountering difficulties due to a shortage of jobs amid the pandemic, the extensive approach by RSLDC would be conducive towards guaranteeing easier access to jobs. When the economy is facing tough circumstances, such interventions become important to make sure that each and every is equppied enough to earn his/her bread and butter.
