A delightful artisanal bakery exhibiting a light ambience, steady WiFi, some gorge-worthy snacks and delicious coffee — now that's Let's Bake Stories for you! The newest rage in town, 1 LBS Cafe is a cozy spot for an ideal date, a relaxing work session and even a chill hang-out sesh with your fam.

This is the place that witnesses friends and family come together and bake stories, creating memories over flavoursome sweet/savoury quick bites and caffeine doses! From school-going kids to retired officers, the inclusive cafe is the perfect lair for all.

With Lucknowites' favourite Exer Club being its ancestral home, 1 LBS Cafe whips up an array of coffee choices with ingredients sourced from all over India. While LBS uses South Indian coffee beans sourced from Ratnagiri, they plan to explore parts of Kohima and Himalayas for high-quality and authentic beans.

The cafe's premium-quality imported ingredients include French Elle and Vire dairy whipping cream, Valrhona chocolate, flour from the Himalayas, African vanilla beans and Cremeitalia cheese. The adept folks here also practise manual brewing methods and use Syphon in Thogarihunkal coffee beans, V60, cold brewing method and more.

While the coffee products have a fixed menu, the food menu is dynamic. So, you can expect new items being added to the cafe every week! Whether it is a simple Chicken Puff you like with your drink, a drippin' Almond Croissant or a heavenly Turkish Bagel Sandwich, the good folks here will treat you with luscious desserts thereafter. From the famed Eclair and Burnt Basque Cheesecake to their Chiffon Cake, visitors are loving the LBS sweet offerings!

Coming to its origin story — 1 LBS Cafe is owned and run by a couple (that's the dream, right? A couple running a cute cafe!). While Ved follows his passion and is a marine engineer-turned-pastry chef, Twinkle is a textile designer and promotes local crafts of India through her brand, HOMEBOUND.

So, if you're a fan of earthy items, you can also indulge in shopping for handcrafted products from HOMEBOUND like some cute ceramics and mugs at display here!
