Class 10 & 12 UP Board Results 2021 likely to be announced in the second week of July

Reportedly, board results and marksheets for both the classes- 10th & 12th, will be released on the same day.

The Uttar Pradesh Board is expected to announce the results of class 10 and 12 council exam results in the second week of July. As per the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, the results and mark sheets of both classes will be released on the same day. While the exact date and time of the announcement is not yet announced, the UP Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has elaborated the criteria on which the students will be assessed and evaluated, in light of the cancellation of final exams.

Around 56 lakh class 10 and 12 students across UP are awaiting the release of board results 2021, which are likely to announced by the second week of July. Students are advised to wait until the official announcement for other updates regarding the release, as the final date and time have not been shared, as yet.

Meanwhile, it has been made known that the state has specially recruited teachers to evaluate the UP Board Results 2021, the criteria for which has been designated already. Based on this, 10th graders will be assessed on their performance in Class 9 examinations and marks obtained in preliminary board exams.

Class 12 students, on the other hand, will be evaluated on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10, 11 and their pre-board exams. A set formula has also been prepared to calculate the overall percentage and performance.

Dissatisfied students can appear for the next board examinations

The Deputy CM in his meeting with the higher education department officials on Wednesday, directed to commence the admission process in colleges and universities, for UG and PG programmes. This panel also discussed the various issues raised by the UP Education Services Commission regarding the admission protocol and the Board Results 2021.

As such, a provision for re-examination will be offered to all students who are not satisfied with their calculated results. These students can appear for the next session's examination, without the registration fees.

In future, Education Service Selective Commission will set up a Lucknow bench

Implementation of the UP Education Service Selection Commission was also on the meeting agenda. To be initially headquartered at Prayagraj, this commission will recruit teachers and staff from basic to higher education departments. Presently, it is overviewing the operations of the examination regulatory authority of the state and the secondary education service selection board along with the appointment of primary teachers, as well as teachers in aided secondary schools. Future plans include the setting up of a bench of this commission in Lucknow.
